摘要(Abstract)：

<正>普通变异型免疫缺陷病(common variable immunodefieiency,CVID)是临床最常见的成年人原发性免疫缺陷病,是一组病因及临床表现不均质的原发性免疫缺陷病,以血清免疫球蛋白降低、反复细菌感染、抗体生成障碍和B淋巴细胞不能分化为记忆细胞和浆细胞为特征。CVID的诊断依赖实验室检查,且技术要求较高,目前对CVID的了解较少。我科近期收治1例以反复关节肿痛为主要临床表现的成年人CVID患者,现将资料报道如下,以期提高临床医生对该病的认识。
