系统性红斑狼疮患者自身抗体检测的临床意义Study on the relationship between autoantibodies and systemic lupus erythematosus

摘要(Abstract):
目的:探讨抗核小体抗体(anti-nucleosome antibody,ANuA)、抗双链DNA抗体(anti-doublestranded DNA,dsDNA)、抗史密斯抗体D1(Anti-SmD1antibody,SmD1)等特异性自身抗体联合检测在SLE的诊断及临床应用中的价值。方法:分别用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法和间接免疫荧光法检测SLE患者及对照组患者血清中的ANuA、抗dsDNA、抗SmD1抗体,并分析它们之间的关系。结果:70例SLE患者中单项检测抗dsD-NA、抗SmD1、ANuA的阳性率分别为40.0%、75.7%、64.3%,三者联合检测后的阳性率为87.1%。结论:抗SmD1、ANuA、抗dsDNA联合检测提高了诊断的敏感性,对SLE的诊断和治疗有重要意义。
