急性下壁心肌梗死判断梗死相关动脉的心电图特征探讨The Value Of Electrocardiogram In Predicting The Infarction-Related Artery In Acute Inferior Myocardial Infarction

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:探讨急性下壁心肌梗死判断梗死相关动脉的心电图特征。方法:143例急性下壁心肌梗死(AIM I)病人心电图和冠状动脉造影结果对比分析。结果:右冠状动脉相关心电图形态学特征、STⅢ↑/STⅡ↑>1、STV3↓/STⅢ↑<1.2、STⅢ↑>0.25 mV可提示梗死相关动脉为右冠状动脉;左回旋支相关心电图形态学特征、STⅢ↑/STⅡ↑≤1、STV3↓/STⅢ↑≥1.2、STⅢ↑≤0.25 mV可提示梗死相关动脉为左回旋支。结论:急性下壁心肌梗死心电图特征对判断梗死相关动脉有重要价值。
