多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌临床观察

摘要(Abstract)：
目的:观察多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合方案用于治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法:多西紫杉醇75 mg/m2,第1天静点,顺铂40 mg/m2,第1,2天静点,21天为1个周期,连用34个周期。结果:52例中完全缓解5例,部分缓解28例,稳定13例,进展5例,总有效率63.5%,临床获益率88.5%,中位疾病进展时间7.6个月,中位生存时间18.5个月,1年生存率66.7%。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制和恶心、呕吐。结论:多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效好,不良反应能耐受。
