转化生长因子-β_1在小鼠内耳发育中作用的研究The study of the role of the TGF-β_1 in development of inner ear of the mouse

摘要(Abstract)：
探讨转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)在昆明种小白鼠内耳发育中的作用。方法 :运用免疫组化(LSAB法 )对TGF β1蛋白产物在昆明种小白鼠内耳发育中的表达进行研究。结果 :本研究发现在胚胎发育的第 15天～ 19天 ,TGF β1在耳蜗的感觉上皮、支持细胞、血管纹、前庭膜、螺旋神经节神经元及前庭感觉器官椭圆囊斑及球囊斑的上皮有阳性表达 ,而于此期间内耳上皮正处于分化发育阶段 ,螺旋神经节也处于分化发育阶段。结论 :TGF β1参与了小鼠内耳的发育过程 ,在此期间其对内耳上皮的发育主要起促进分化作用。TGF β1在内耳毛细胞再生中的作用有待于进一步深入研究
