种植体生物学宽度形成与骨吸收的关系

摘要(Abstract):
<正>口腔种植学的早期研究主要集中在骨整合方面。由于种植体支持的全口固定义齿及覆盖义齿修复的长期效果肯定,自上世纪90年代起,种植体越来越多地被用来修复个别牙缺失。口腔种植学的研究重点已不再是种植体能否成活,而是能否达到象天然牙一样的美学效果。种植体支持的修复体治疗缺失牙的最终目标是恢复由牙齿缺失而丧失的美观和功能。
